Taekwondo Demonstration

About this event

Do you know any 4–5-year-olds who would benefit from Taekwondo? If yes, consider bringing them to this free demonstration class focused on 4–5-year-olds at the Windham Public Library led by Wyatt Dumas, Head Instructor at World Class Taekwondo in Windham. Taekwondo's emphasis on precision and explosive power is eye-catching, from the dance-like Poomsae to the aerial spinning kicks of Olympic sparring. Students learn to live their best life, not just physically but also through improved focus, self-control, and courtesy. Have your child wear athletic clothing. See their website: https://www.windhamtkd.com/ .

Transportation may be available from Age Friendly Windham.
