The Indoor Walk Jam is a fun, welcoming opportunity for community members of all ages and fitness levels to exercise while walking together in the comfort of Cohen Hall. Whether you're looking for a way to stay active, get your steps in, listen to music, or simply spend time with others, this program is designed to make movement enjoyable.
Participants can walk at their own pace around the Choen Hall while enjoying an upbeat musical playlist and the camaraderie of JCA community members. There is no pressure to compete or keep up with anyone else - just come as you are, move at a pace that feels comfortable, and enjoy being part of the group.
Registration for this fall/winter session is now open! Please note that registration is seasonal, so participants will need to re-register for the spring/summer session.
Come for the exercise, stay for the music and friendship.
