Treat yourself with a deep, guided meditation while being bathed in the healing energy of singing bowls.Bring a blanket, yoga mat or beach chair to allow yourself to fully relax. Feel free to also bring a comfy blanket, eye mask and something to write on as our wise selves often have messages for us, when we take the time to stop and listen.
