As global warming changes the climactic face of traditional wine terroirs, we must look to alternative regions and alternative fruit sources. in maine, that means making wine from wild low Bush blueberries, a fruit source that has a history in Maine that our future challenges can come from the past and don't be scared fruit / blueberry wine does not equal sweet wine! part of the goal of this tasting is to debunk that myth as well. these wines span the full range of wine styles and are absolutely delicious! as always, tasting are free, and you can swing through anytime between 5:00 and 7:00. by 6 or more wines on the night of a tasting you get 10% off.
