About this event
Harvesting seed invites us to participate in the abundance of the natural world, and empowers us to contribute meaningfully to restoration. It also asks us to take seriously our role as stewards, closely observing plants and respecting their limits to be sure we harvest sustainably. This workshop covers the basics of collecting seed from the plants you tend and preparing to sow them in the winter. Friends of Ft. Williams Park is generously sharing collected seed with participants, to bring home to their own gardens!
Hosted in partnership with Friends of Ft. Williams Park .
