About this event
This Pilates mat class is a full body, low-impact class focusing on core strength and muscular balance. The class will follow the basic mat format started by Joseph Pilates while incorporating various exercises to help bring awareness to breathing and alignment. Please bring your mat and water bottle! **NO CLASS ON TUES, SEPT !5**
