- ➤ City officials celebrated the success of the Opportunity Crew program, which provided paid work and job training at the Homeless Services Center—nearly half of the participants secured jobs and helped beautify public spaces. The city said it will bring the program back this year. WGME

- ➤ Avangrid placed the New England Clean Energy Connect transmission line into operation on Friday. The 145 mile long corridor connects Canadian hydropower to Massachusetts and could lower rates while cutting carbon emissions despite previous legal challenges. FOX23
- ➤ Pride Manufacturing in Burnham will close in April due to falling demand for its cigar tips, golf tees and Lincoln Logs, with the shutdown affecting 115 workers.
