- ➤ Cape Elizabeth middle schoolers (15 students) organized Cumberland County's first winter Special Olympics at Gull Crest Fields on Thursday, where nearly 100 athletes competed in speed skating, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing. - ➤ Low-income Maine residents faced extra electricity costs as a report for the Electric Ratepayer Advisory Council found non-standard offer customers overpaid $156 million from 2016 to 2024.
