A new Valentine’s Day Bandit placed red hearts on statues, parking garages, and local businesses on Sunday, Feb.
15 as part of a cherished tradition that began in 1979 after original bandit Kevin Fahrman passed away in April 2023, and the bandit's true identity remains unknown.
