- ➤ Police arrested 23-year-old Dominick Morrison on charges of reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and criminal threatening after a shot was fired on St. John Street around 5 p.m. Friday and he was found at 171 Washburn Avenue about an hour later with evidence linking him to the shooting discovered in his home.
