In a high school baseball game on Saturday in Windham, Hudson Iacuessa pitched a five-inning perfect game for South Portland, striking out 10 as his team scored 12 runs in the fourth for a 15-0 victory (record now 7-0) while Windham fell to 1-5.
The Maine Mariners lost 4-1 to the Nailers in Game 2 of the ECHL North Division finals in Wheeling, West Virginia, giving the opponents a 2-0 series lead.
