- ➤ 68-year-old Peter O'Donnell—the Yarmouth doctor accused of using his Freeport business A. Envy on Route 1 as a front for prostitution—appeared in Cumberland County Court on May 29 at 10 a.m. as authorities continued to investigate allegations of sex trafficking. FOX23

- ➤ Baxter—the three-year-old chocolate lab who served as Maine’s official comfort dog—was found dead at 2 p.m. Wednesday inside a state vehicle at the Bangor Regional Communications Center.
