- ➤ The University of New England medical school will move from Biddeford to a new $90 million building on its Portland campus—its ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place today—and the new facility will expand the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program from 165 to 200 students while hosting joint training with other health sciences programs.
