- ➤ A heat advisory will be in effect from 11 a.m. Sunday until 8 p.m. Monday for parts of southwest and western Maine and parts of New Hampshire with heat index values expected to reach up to 100 degrees. Last night, local hiker Luke Lamb-Wooten fell 60 feet in Huntington Ravine without a rope and broke his jaw, wrist, and ankle—he is now receiving treatment at Dartmouth Hitchcock. WMTW

- ➤ The Portland Rent Board recommended a record fine of $170,500 against landlord Geoffrey Rice for repeatedly overcharging tenants at two buildings on State and Congress Streets.
