- ➤ Thomas Tellier, a Maine man accused of killing his stepson Nicholas Trynor in Mexico in August 2022, claimed self-defense while police charged his actions were murder—his trial began Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. at Oxford County Superior Court in South Paris and he faces 25 years to life if convicted.
