  • Motorcyclists held the eighth annual 9/11 tribute ride on Saturday morning in Lisbon Falls as they rode to the Maine Firefighters Memorial in Augusta where 100 roses were laid—raising funds for local nonprofits with food, raffles and merchandise sales.  FOX23

  • A Portland restaurant is mourning its head chef Declan Perry, who rose from an entry role to lead the kitchen and was murdered last month outside a Massachusetts hospital emergency room by 42-year-old Christopher Caron—who pleaded not guilty.  FOX23

  • Maine voters will decide on a statewide referendum this November on a red flag law that lets police and family members petition to remove firearms from those deemed dangerous—using a lower evidence standard than the current yellow flag law.
