- ➤ Retired Scarborough Fire Captain Richard Lamontagne had a heart attack on August 17 when his car nearly veered off Stewart Drive after dinner—firefighter Erin Sandler, his longtime mentee, performed CPR while his wife Holly and neighbors helped.
