Maine Boys to Men and Birth Roots Maine offer two monthly spaces for real conversation, support and connection with other dads who get it. No pressure to have it all together. No need to pretend you’re fine. Just real talk, shared experience, and support. Boot Camp for New Dads (new & expectant fathers) Monthly | 9:00 AM–12:30 PM | Birth Roots, Portland A practical half-day workshop with real talk, newborn care practice, and a chance to connect with other dads before or soon after baby arrives. Talking Dads (dads of young children) Monthly | 7:00–8:30 PM | Birth Roots, Portland A facilitated space to talk honestly about parenting, relationships, stress, and the reality of raising kids.
