***All cycling classes take place at 275B Marginal Way. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to get set up if you have never taken a cycle class before! Bring your cycling shoes, or rentals are available for $4.*** SALUD Cycle is a 45-minute, rhythm-based ride set to the beat of the music. Expect choreographed movements, powerful playlists, and an energizing, feel-good experience that’s as fun as it is challenging!
