Annual Gathering - Wolfe's Neck Woods State Park morning walk

About this event

You must register on the AMC website for this walk. https://activities.outdoors.org/s/oc-activity/a5UUN000001ZFDJ2A4/act00015492

Let's explore the trails at the Wolfe's Neck Woods State Park prior to the Annual Gathering. Distance covered should be about 2 miles or so. We can make a group decision on how far to go. We can do it as a loop with the trail to both shores or explore more of the trails on the east side. We will take our time and have ample opportunities for being social along the way. Come breathe in the sea air and the woodsy smells, watch for birds and other wildlife. The trails are a mix of an easy accessible trail to uneven terrain with rock steps, ledges, short steeper ups and down and of course rocks and roots in places. There are lovely views along the shore. Hiking poles are recommended. Which trails we take will be a group decision.

Once you are registered, I will email a full description with any time adjustments and meeting spot. Please be aware that there is an entry fee for anyone under 65.
