The Daily Portland team
If you live in a mobile home park, this week's votes matter. Voters in Augusta, Eliot, Farmington, Jay, Oakland, Standish, Wells and Wiscasset approved lot rent protections this week. The rules vary, but most tie hikes to a percentage of inflation and follow a state-drafted sample.
