Elderberry is an amazing fruit that grows locally and has so many health benefits, including boosting immunity and reducing inflammation! Learn how to make your own elderberry juice, tonic, and syrup that can be taken by the spoonful or mixed into drinks, smoothies, and desserts. Our demonstration-style format in our teaching kitchen will allow for plenty of Q & A and sampling. You'll go home with 1 pound of frozen, organic elderberries from the farm along with recipes for making elderberry magic in your own kitchen.
